Island Fusion just catered our wedding at Loulu Palm Estate. I could not be happier with the turn out!! Jonas was amazing to work with from day one!! He was prompt in his responses, very helpful, thorough, reliable and catered to what we were looking for. Not the mention, the food was amazing!!!! The entire staff were so friendly and hard-working! We received so many compliments on the food. I was actually told by many of my family and friends that it was the best food at a wedding they've ever had!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! WOW! I haven't had food that was this good in a long time. And lucky me, it was on my wedding day. They say smell and taste are the strongest senses tied to memories. I will always remember the smell and flavor of the best day of my life. When looking for a local vendor to Cater our wedding, We came across Island Fusion Catering after meeting with a few others. There was so much about this group that we liked, that we easily made the decision to go with them right away. Not only were they very professional, creative, and knowledgable about their work, but they were also willing to work with any timeline that we created on the fly. Our wedding timeline changed 4 times very close to the wedding date, and we feared it would all fall apart. Island Fusion handled it so well that my Bride was calm and collect on our day. I cannot say enough good things about Island Fusion Catering--they were FANTASTIC, and I highly recommend using these guys!!! They were quick to respond and to accommodated me so that I could sample the foods before selecting them as the caterer. The food is absolutely amazing, they include vegetarian/vegan options if you'd like (as well as meat and fish items if you prefer that--or, like I did, a mixture of vegetarian/vegan options and meat/fish options), and their prices are very reasonable. Moreover, Scott (the business partner who worked with me) was incredibly professional: he set up at the exact time we'd asked him to; in addition to serving our guests, he took the time to explain what everything was and how it was prepared to our guests. Needless to say, our guests were throroughly impressed (including the one guest who owns her own restaurant on the mainland and another who works at an upscale restaurant here). Unlike SO many caterers on Oahu, Island Fusion Catering does NOT jack up the price just because it's a wedding, and I found their prices extremely fair--and even a bargain considering the quality and professionalism!! I'd looked into and sampled several other caterers (4 or 5 big-name caterers), and wasn't happy with any of these-- their prices were either exorborant or their food was, well, nasty. Island Fusion Catering is your best bet in my opinion--they contributed to making our wedding the most perfect day!!

Wonderful food and drink service at a great price! Jonas put together a great menu for us, and all our guests raved on and on for days about how good the food was. They also managed to do so at a price lower than any of the competition was offering to fit our budget. We were a bit apprehensive at first as we were planning our wedding an ocean away from Hawaii and couldn't find much information on Island Fusion online, but Jonas was good about responding to our questions in a timely fashion despite the time differences. They were also flexible enough to work through some small hiccups that arose the day of the event and make sure everything went smoothly once our guests arrived. Their staff was also very amiable and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.
